Further optimization is carried out on the automatic pouring lining trolley to realize the visualization, dataization, intelligence and informationization of tunnel lining.


Main technical features:


1. The formwork is the main force-bearing member, with high structural strength and large space at the top, sides and bottom, which improves the working environment, increases the ventilation cross-sectional area, and facilitates the running of construction vehicles.


2. Compared with the traditional trolley, the supporting rods are reduced by half, and the adjustable folding support is provided, which has low labor intensity and reduces the time for collecting and erecting molds.


3. Equipped with plug-in and attached high-frequency automatic vibrating systems to achieve full coverage of the vibration in the circumferential, longitudinal and thickness directions, effectively improving the strength and compactness of concrete


4. Equipped with special rails, no manual handling is required, and rails can be laid by themselves, which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the number of operators.


5. The plugging device is a visualized polymer secondary shrinkage structure, which has strong adaptability and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The template can be reused many times, reducing the construction cost;


6. Adopting soft lap form technology to prevent topping of the poured concrete at the position of the ring/longitudinal construction joint during the vertical formwork process;


7. Equipped with an information monitoring system, which is compatible with the information management system of the complete set of intelligent equipment for the "Five New e Butler" tunnels. It has the functions of vault air raid shelter warning, vault pressure warning, video monitoring, report generation, etc., and can monitor the trolley warehouse in real time. All monitoring information can be uploaded and stored for data such as internal pouring position and pouring volume, so that the process can be controlled and traced.
