L0 Electronic Control Version
It comes standard with intelligent angle adjustment, drilling logs, data storage and upload, and voice-activated fault alerts. Electric proportional remote control ensures simple, intuitive operation. The drill arm features an intelligent angle display on the thrust beam for easy positioning. L1 Semi-Computerized Version
Upgraded from the L0 configuration with automatic body positioning, drilling plan visualization, and real-time parameter acquisition. Visualized drilling angles with automatic beam leveling. Automatically collects and stores construction logs, drilling records, and real-time data, directly connecting to the construction unit's management platform.

L2 Full PC Version
Upgraded from the L1 model with enhanced automatic hole-finding and drilling capabilities, MWD geological analysis, 3D contour scanning, collision avoidance alerts, personnel intrusion protection, and self-diagnostic functions. The automatic hole-finding and drilling feature enables drilling according to predefined hole layouts. The MWD system provides real-time rock formation analysis for advance geological forecasting and optimized drilling plans. 3D contour scanning enables precise detection of over-excavation and under-excavation. Boom collision avoidance and personnel intrusion protection ensure comprehensive construction safety. The self-diagnostic function provides automatic fault alerts and pinpoints malfunctions, facilitating rapid troubleshooting and maintenance.

Both the Uniroc three-arm computerized face drill rig and the double-curved-arm computerized rock drilling rig can be configured with L0, L1, or L2 drilling control systems to meet diverse construction requirements. Smart Planning
Based on comprehensive geological reports, real-time drilling data, and face conditions, the system intelligently identifies surrounding rock conditions, automatically generates drilling and blasting plans along with blast hole layouts, and imports them into the equipment.

Automatic Vehicle Positioning
By scanning the reference points preset on the initial cross-section, the equipment automatically calculates and precisely locates.

Automatic Drilling
The equipment automatically drills holes according to a preset drilling outline, requiring only monitoring and assistance from the operator. The double-curved arm computerized rock drilling rig adapts to invert arch operations, reducing over-excavation in the invert arch.

Cross-section and 3D contour scanning
After completing blasting operations and removing debris to eliminate hazards, utilize 3D contour scanning to generate point cloud data and models of the excavation surface. Precisely compare these against the design cross-section to control over-excavation and under-excavation.

Dynamic Optimization
The equipment can be optionally equipped with an automatic rod-on-bore function for drilling advance holes (depth 30 meters). The MWD (Measurement While Drilling) system analyzes rock formations to generate geological maps and reports, dynamically optimizing blasting parameters for the next cycle to achieve dynamic design.
