In 2025, we deepened our commitment to transportation infrastructure, driving development through innovation. Centered on our independently developed Uniroc hydraulic rock drill, we innovatively launched the double-curved arm fully computerized rock drilling rig. This technology achieved large-scale application in multiple key tunnel projects nationwide, accelerating the transformation of rock drilling from mechanization to intelligence, earning customer trust and industry recognition.
In 2025, we served energy infrastructure, anchoring our efforts in national key projects. Leveraging extensive experience gained from constructing world-class hydropower stations like Xiluodu, Wudongde, and Baihetan, we established the Wuxin Equipment Marketing Service Center in Paizhen, Nyingchi, supporting hydropower projects along the lower reaches of the Yarlung Tsangpo River. Our independently developed, nationally pioneering dual-sliding-arm computerized rock drilling rig has efficiently advanced multiple air-storage cavern projects and pumped-storage power stations nationwide, continuously contributing to major national energy infrastructure development.
In 2025, we remain focused on small-section tunnel development, addressing industry pain points in underground mining through innovative technologies. Our innovative short-body hydraulic rock drill and newly developed MT551 mining anchor rod rig perfectly solve the industry-wide challenge of mechanizing shotcrete and anchor support in small-section tunnels. The company was awarded the “AAA Credit Rating for Nonferrous Metals Industry Enterprises in 2025,” signifying authoritative recognition in our specialized field and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.
In 2025, we deepened our global footprint, earning trust through proven capabilities. Our international team continues to cultivate markets in South America, Africa, and Central Asia while actively expanding into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Products are exported to over 20 countries and regions worldwide. Localized marketing and service teams have been established in Peru, Zambia, and Tajikistan, driving internationalization through a dual-pronged “product + service” strategy.
In 2025, our major asset merger and restructuring received approval, ushering in a new chapter of group-level operations. As the first major asset restructuring project approved on the Beijing Stock Exchange, we will integrate the premium resources of Wuxin Heavy Industry and Xingzhong Technology to achieve technological complementarity and market synergy. Our business scope will strategically expand from transportation infrastructure, energy infrastructure, and underground mining into port logistics and road-bridge construction equipment, thereby establishing a comprehensive portfolio covering "tunnels (caverns), mines, ports, and bridges," opening broader prospects for the company's long-term development.
