Zhongnan University Sinoma Mining Mining Engineering Advanced Training Program Visited Uniroc for Seminar and Exchange

On June 21st, a group of more than 40 people from Sinoma Mining Mining Engineering Advanced Training Course of Central South University visited Uniroc for discussion and exchange.

In the company's cultural exhibition hall, Uniroc comprehensively displayed the company's growth history, current stage of business, future strategic development direction and key achievements in tunneling and mining in recent years. Among them, the rock drill and its core parts independently developed and manufactured by Uniroc have realized the domestic substitution of key components and solved the key technical bottlenecks in the industry, which won the high attention and appreciation of the workshop members.

Subsequently, the workshop went into the intelligent production base of Uniroc and inspected the whole process from parts assembly to whole machine commissioning. Relying on the intelligent management system, Uniroc synchronizes the production progress, quality indexes and other key data to the control platform in real time, realizing dynamic monitoring and intelligent optimization of the manufacturing process.

At the seminar, Zhang Yuan, deputy general manager of marketing center of Uniroc, on behalf of the company, gave a warm welcome to the attending guests. After that, Ma Guorong, former deputy secretary of the School of Resource and Safety Engineering of Central South University, and Xu Yihua, representative of the leadership of Sinoma Mining Mining Engineering Advanced Training Program, delivered speeches successively. The two experts spoke highly of the small and medium-sized cross-section sets of intelligent equipment developed by the company, believing that it has cracked the key problems in the field of non-coal mines with its innovative technology and has a broad market prospect. Members of the workshop hope to take this exchange activity as an opportunity to deepen the synergistic innovation between industry, academia, research and application, and jointly promote the intelligent upgrading of the industry.

With regard to the core issues of information management, construction efficiency and after-sales service, members of the workshop proposed that the key direction to promote the intelligent upgrading of the mining industry is to anticipate risks through the digital management system, enhance efficiency by using the intelligent collaboration of mechanized equipment clusters, and establish a fast after-sales response system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

This investigation and exchange has enabled the members of the workshop to deeply understand the profound technical accumulation and innovation strength of Uniroc in the field of mining intelligent equipment, and built a solid bridge for the deep integration of production, learning, research and utilization.
