Rail-Mounted Container Gantry Crane (RMG)

Rail-Mounted Container Gantry Crane (RMG)

Rail-Mounted Container Gantry Crane (abbreviated as RMG) is primarily used for container handling and stacking operations in port container terminals and railway container yards. It can also handle general cargo and bulk materials by switching spreaders. UNIROC RMG complies with the latest GB, FEM, DIN, IEC, and AWS standards, offering safe and stable operation, customizable configurations, low maintenance costs, and energy-efficient performance.

FEATURES

1. Spreader Tilting System
Spreader can rotate horizontally for easier container alignment.

2. Stable Structural Design
Reduces sway, facilitating operation and container positioning.

3. Multiple Power Supply Options
Gantry: Safety sliding contact line or cable reel; Trolley: Towline trolley or drag chain.

4. Travel Mechanism Design
Uses splined hollow shaft three-in-one geared motor – lightweight, easy disassembly, low maintenance cost.

5. Intelligent Lubrication Design
Timed and measured grease replenishment at lubrication points, reducing manual maintenance costs.

6. All-Electric Design
Complies with IE3 energy efficiency class per IEC 60034, energy-saving and eco-friendly.

7. Modular Design
Facilitates factory pre-assembly and modular transport by road/water, reducing on-site installation time.

8. Advanced Craftsmanship & Equipment
Integral main girder fabrication ensures smooth camber curve, effectively reducing trolley rail gnawing.

9. Multi-layer Safety Protection
Redundant safety designs and real-time cloud monitoring ensure crane operational safety.

10. Advanced Tooling Guarantee
Full girder rotation tooling enables flexible turning of large beams (e.g., main girder), ensuring flat-position welding of critical seams.

11. Secondary Sandblasting Process
Ensures surface cleanliness and roughness meet coating quality requirements.

12. Truck Anti-Lift Protection
Detects container-truck positional relationships to prevent hooking incidents during lifting.

13. Cab Impact Prevention System
Detects truck movement during loading to avoid cab collisions.

14. Electronic Work Zone Barrier
Identifies personnel/objects within restricted areas and enforces motion limits to enhance safety.

15. Anti-Bowling System
Real-time container stack detection prevents collisions during yard operations.

16. Auto-Correction Function
Monitors gantry rail deviations and adjusts motor speeds to auto-correct, avoiding rail gnawing and extending crane life.

17. High Power Factor, Low Harmonics (Feature)
Uses intelligent compensation systems to improve power factor, reduce line loss, and optimize power quality.

18. One-Touch Anchoring
Employs precision positioning tech and electric anchoring devices for one-button automatic anchoring.
