Hydraulic Inverted Arch Trestle YQS
The self-propelled hydraulic inverted arch wharf is a professional equipment for the full width construction and filling of inverted arches in railway, highway double track, and single track tunnels. It provides a small flow operation working face for inverted arch construction and meets the needs of one-time molding and rapid construction of tunnel inverted arch concrete. Our company's self-developed and produced self-propelled hydraulic arch wharf adopts an integrated design of electromechanical and hydraulic systems, and has obtained more than 120 national patents, including 15 invention patents.
1. The span of the wharf is large, which can meet the continuous pouring of inverted arch concrete under various working conditions of 24m and 36m at once. It can be divided into multiple different working sections for simultaneous construction, changing from traditional sequential operation to parallel operation, greatly improving construction speed and efficiency.
2. The space above the wharf is spacious, making it convenient for various construction vehicles to pass through. Concrete tankers can easily dump concrete on both sides of the wharf, and excavators can also rotate on the wharf without obstacles, making it easy to clean up the residual slag of the inverted arch.
3. The wharf has its own power and can easily move forward, backward, left, and right horizontally without any external power such as excavators or loaders. All components of the wharf are hydraulically driven, ensuring smooth operation and high reliability. The movement of the wharf and formwork is driven by wheel drive, which runs smoothly and reliably. Compared with chain drive, it runs more smoothly and has higher positioning accuracy.
4. The company's hydraulic wharf has a unique multifunctional hydraulic trolley, which has the function of quickly pulling the integral inverted arch formwork and inverted arch filling and sealing formwork produced by our company forward and positioning. The trolley and the main bridge of the wharf can be moved separately, which is conducive to binding the inverted arch steel bars first, and then moving the inverted arch formwork and positioning, greatly improving construction efficiency, reducing labor intensity of workers, and saving labor. Our company's wharf deck is equipped with protective cover plates, which can effectively protect the construction safety of personnel working under the wharf.
5. The wharf has strong scalability and can be optionally equipped with various additional functions, including fixed long front bridge, horizontally movable front bridge, telescopic front bridge, wharf with telescopic channel, information-based wharf, inverted arch auxiliary fabric, inverted arch operation platform, inverted arch pouring anti floating system, etc.
