Rebated Beam Support System
Supported by ringlock scaffolding, the alveolar beam with movable hanging beam forms beam bottom support unit. Long jacks enable vertical adjustment, replacing traditional double-channel steel supports.
The beam bottom support system consists of long top supports, slotted beams, and movable hanger beams. A wheel disc is installed on the long top support to connect with the disc‑lock horizontal members. At the same time, slotted nodes are mounted on the long top support, allowing both longitudinal and transverse slotted beams to be installed onto these nodes.
The slotted nodes can be adjusted steplessly in the vertical direction via the lower hand‑operated nut, enabling the system to closely fit the beam bottom. Movable hanger beams can be installed on the longitudinal slotted beams, thereby reducing the span of the secondary timber joists to meet the required bearing capacity.
