Truss Support System
Truss Support System suits small‑span cast‑in‑place frames, re‑routing slab loads without slab supports, with adjustable span & height for better material use and efficiency.
Loads on the truss beams are transferred to the walers on both sides of the beams via distribution beams.
The walers on two sides bear all construction loads of the concrete slab, including formwork weight, steel reinforcement weight and concrete pouring loads.
These loads are transmitted from the side walers to the primary beams at the beam bottom, then delivered to the scaffold vertical standards, and finally transferred to the ground.
The truss beams are adjustable. Multiple standard sizes are available, and each specification comes with a certain adjustment range, covering spans from 700 mm to 3900 mm.
